My name's Kady, but let's pretend we've been friends forever. In 2014 I went through a very traumatic life experience. In order to endure the hard times, I turned to the simple pleasures in life when all of the other pleasures of life were vastly absent. Things like soap, crafting, and special things like face masks and nail polish became a comfort I relied on.
2020 has been (un)lovingly dubbed the Unprecedented Times™ year, and we all have been put through the wringer.
After a year of researching and experimenting, I chose to be brave instead of let fear and doubt make decisions for me. Vitality & Vine was born, an idea growing in my head for years. I can't wait to share goodness with you, no matter where you're at or what you're going through. Everyone deserves goodness, no matter what.
